岗位职责：

1.  负责京东、天猫商城的整体运营、维护和管理，负责网店整体规划、版面设计；
2. 根据销售目标制定详细的促销方案并跟进方案的实施，同时根据客户需求制定有针对性的运营计划，协调相关资源，有效控制成本，实现阶段性运营目标；
3. 对电商平台的用户体验和平台的粘度定期收集数据及提出整改意见；更新新产品信息的发布，产品上架、下架，保证产品在网站上顺利销售，确保网站信息更新的及时性和准确性，丰富产品展示页面，不断提升客户线上购物体验；
4. 负责监控每日的相关数据：销售数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理、售后满意度等，并对数据和用户群体进行分析、随时掌握市场动态；
5. 灵活运用多种推广渠道和工具，提交流量和成交转化率；
6. 针对库存结构做好营销策略，定期对推广效果进行跟踪、评估；
7. 对整体产品线优化，进一步优化和完善商品名录，提高搜索结果准确性。

                                

    

任职资格：

1. 电子商务、市场营销等相关专业大专以上学历；
2. 5年以上知名电商平台运营相关工作经验；
3. 对数据敏感，擅长数据分析，具备文案撰写能力；
4. 具备良好的网络营销技巧，有成功电商运营案例优先；
5. 熟悉知名电商平台的制度、规则、特性和运营体系。
