Support the engineering team to

1- improve the yield, capability and machine stability;

2- controlling equipment throughput and quality

3-  qualification and industrialization of new machine equipment & tooling maintenance, upgrading or overhauling, and new equipment deployment. Plan & execute activities, with reference to TPM program guidelines where applicable, that will target:

1- maintaining and improving equipment performance (OEE – focusing on MTBF, MTTR)

2- equipment & tooling related cost reduction

3- installation and qualification of new or transferred equipment & tooling

            Manage and drive various activities that will contribute to achieving defined MBO and KPI.

            Detect risk, pre-empt problems and propose recovery actions.

            Involve in various cost reduction projects, machine improvements projects and other improvement programs of the company.

            Adhere to deployment schedule and timelines.

            The job holder shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Gemalto Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & security requirements during the performance of his / her duties.

 

Requirement：

      Above 3 years experience in relevant fields, know printing machines are preferred

      Experience in machine deployment, Especially for Heidelberg XL75 offset machine

      Able to work directly with internal / external vendors, with high level of integrity and ownership.

      Have drive and energy to improve equipment

      Strong interpersonal skills in English and the ability to work in a team.

      Ability to work under pressure.
