As a Perso Software Engineer for the Manufacturing team, you will work with technical consultants and R&D engineers to develop thus provide software and solutions for fast new product and services introduction and ramp up.

1, You will install and regularly update production related software and data on production equipment;

2, You will develop thus provide production related software and server network support to ensure smooth and efficient operations;

3, You will responsible for operations related problem solving and data backup;

4, You will responsible for the daily maintenance of the production server and the related network including installation, updates, trouble shooting and data backup;

5, You will provide process and network training to operations staffs;

6, You will develop new tools (software) in order to continuously improve, optimize and automate process flow and avoid human mistakes7, You will handles customer complaint if any and handles emergencies and reports to line manager;

7, You will be able to develop thus execute concepts which can be patented;

Requirement:

1. To succeed at this job, you must be have: Knowledge of banking, telecom industry quality/security standards;
2. Knowledge of Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc.) skills;
3. Knowledge of ERP (MfgPRO) is a plus;
4. Preferably MIS. Computer science, bachelor degree holder;
5. Good spoken and written English;
6. 2-3 years working experience - Self Motivated and demonstrated integrity;

   7.You must be fluent in English.

   8.We would like someone to join our team who is a strong interpersonal communicator, a team player with a dynamic personality, process-focused, able to work well in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, analytical with a sense of urgency, creative and resourceful.

   9.You must have a relevant Degree.
