Job overview:

As a project manager you are responsible for the planning, execution and overall management of our indoor air quality engineering projects related to HVAC, filtration, monitoring or energy savings. The successful candidate will work with account managers to assess and understand the client’s requirement, define a scope of work, design solutions, prepare technical proposal content, present or communicate technical concept to clients as necessary together with account managers, coordinate resources to implement, and then project manage or oversee execution to ensure quality on-time delivery.

项目经理的工作职责主要是针对暖通空调、空气过滤、监测或节能系统等涉及室内空气质量的工程项目的规划、实施和监督管理。符合条件的候选人应当能够与客户经理合作，了解评估客户的需求，界定工作范围，设计解决方案，提供技术建议，如有必要还需与客户经理合作向客户展示或沟通设计理念，并协调资源以执行项目，管理和监督项目执行情况，保证项目能够按时保质完成。

The roles is split between office based design and documentation and on site assessment and supervision, as well as project team member management. The successful candidate has a background in HVAC engineering or constructions and is confident managing installation teams and taking responsibility for the project success.

Responsibilities: 工作职责：

· Project Management 项目管理

o Focused on pre-sales support (client faced), help sales to win the project专注于面向客户的销前支持，协助销售赢得项目订单

o Attend bidding meeting as project engineer 作为项目经理参加投标会议

o Presentation together with sales for technical part 与销售共同参加技术演讲

o Site Visits to liaise with clients and vendors 现场考察并与客户和供应商保持有效沟通

o Prepare tender docs, including technical proposal 准备投标文书，包括技术方案

o Record keeping of HSE related docs 对健康、安全与环境管理体系的相关文件进行编制与记录

o Prepare and maintain schedules 制定项目进度计划并执行

o Prepare technical documentation 准备技术文件

o Manage the communications with internal project stakeholders, vendors and clients 对项目相关的同事、客户和供应商等干系人进行沟通管理

o Ensure project quality, safety and deadline time 保证项目质量、安全和完成时间

o Arrange various parties for commissioning 协调相关各方确保调试顺利进行

o Attend acceptance test 参与验收测试

o Provide training to clients 为客户提供培训

o Prepare final documentation 项目报告/最终设计方案编制

o Lead HVAC-related solutions projects including but not limited to: 负责暖通空调相关的解决方案项目，包括但不限于：

o Design and implementation of filtration and ventilation systems 设计并安装过滤和通风系统

o Design and implementation of ERV and HRV solutions 设计并安装ERV或HRV系统

· Some administrative duties i.e. preparation of presentations and proposals, some translation work, necessary record keeping etc. 一些行政支持工作，如制作演示文稿和方案书准备、文件翻译以及必要的文档记录等工作

· Interact with outsourced service provider partners 与外包服务供应商沟通合作

· Vendor training and new engineer training 供应商培训及新工程师培训

· Project team management, organize and manage the project team members to deliver the project successfully 项目组管理，组织并管理项目组成员，成功完成并移交项目。

· Pre-sales Support售前支持:

1. Zero complaints from sales on technical support ability and response speed for project销售对于项目技术支持的反馈或者投诉;
2. Rating feedback of technical presentation or tendering meeting from sales side 销售对于技术演讲或者投标会议反馈评级；

· Project Management 项目管理：

1. Project team members’ performance feedback from client and sales针对项目组成员表现的客户及销售反馈；
2. Zero Quality complaints from client side 无质量相关的客户投诉；
3. Cost control, zero overrun cost due to fault 成本控制，无过错导致成本上升；
4. Zero late delivery complaints from client side无项目交期延误相关的客户投诉；
5. Zero other complaints from client or sales 无其他情况的客户或销售投诉。
6. Correct project documentation and filing 项目文档整理归档正常

Experience: 工作经验

· Educational background in HVAC, mechanical engineering or construction preferred 有暖通空调、机械工程或建筑类的专业背景

· Experience in project management relating to engineering or construction management and onsite management 有工程或建筑项目管理类的经验

· Possess safety or other industry related professional certificates 有安全执照或其他相关行业的职业资格证书

· On site work in a supervisory role 有监督管理现场工作的经验

· Experience in startup, Internet Knowledge or international company a plus 有互联网知识、拥有创业公司或国际企业工作经验者优先

Desired Skills/Characteristics: 所需的技能/技术

· PRINCE 2, Agile or PMP qualification 有PRINCE2, Agile 或PMP证书

· Friendly and inquisitive personality; pay attention to detail; independent 友好并且好学，注意细节，工作独立

· Native Chinese speaker with functional written English and able to write proposals and presentations in English; 母语为中文，并且能够用英文书写方案以及做演讲

· Proficient in AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience in using Sketchup a plus 精通AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint的使用，能够使用Sketchup者优先

Work location & hours: 工作地点及时间：

· About one-third of worktime is visiting clients locally. Remainder of time is spent in office. Occasionally, there may be business travel but fairly infrequently. 大约三分之一的工作时间需要拜访当地客户。其余时间将在办公室。极少数情况下，需要出差。
