职位描述

Be responsible for CNFES sales activities in the assigned product within the assigned geographic area to achieve the individual planned targets as sales volume, market penetration and account receivable.

1. Initiatively obtain the project information and manage the projects planned or in pursuit with the database;

2. Analyze and discuss the project information with the guidance of the senior members or Area Manager to screen the information for the target projects;

3. Provide the quotations on a timely and accurate basis to the customers;

4. Discuss the details of projects including technical problems, price, contract terms and delivery time with the support from the supervisor or the factories;

5. Perform the necessary communication and coordination with the counterparts of the BUUs / JVs;

6. Keep open and normal communication with and reports to the supervisor for the M&S activities;

7. Implement channel management & key account management strategy;

8. Maintain and update the project database and marketing information reporting on time and with good quality;
9. Ensure the daily operation to comply with the company and CNFES internal guideline.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majored in Power related.
2. Above 5 years working experience in sales field & power industry, above 2 years people management experience would be plus.
3. Result Orientation - work towards specific goals with planned targets, proceed with compliant practice in channel and key account management.
4. Customer & Market Orientation - take initiatives for sales, exploring the market and sensitive with the market trend. Maintaining customer relation and responding with good business acumen.
5.Teamwork & Collaboration - ensure the maintenance of comprehensive database, keep open communication with colleagues and engage others to successfully pursue business opportunities.
