岗位职责：
1、Participate in the planning and management of the project execution, and assist the Project Manager to take overall control of the project schedule/cost.
协助项目经理负责项目执行的合同、项目预算及费用控制管理。
2、Set up a project planning and control team and implement schedule/cost planning and control during project execution.
组建项目合同与费用控制团队，在项目执行过程中实施合同与费用的计划与控制。
3.Responsible for organizing the compilation of project control procedures related to cost control and plan control;
负责组织编制与合同管理、费用控制相关的项目控制程序；
4.Review project subcontract and submit it for approval.
负责组织对项目分包合同的审核，并组织报公司批准。
5.Prepare the project budget and submit it for approval.
组织编制项目预算；并组织报公司审核和批准。
6.Organize the cost control engineer to breakdown the cost indicators in each project phase, and supervise and inspect the implementation of the cost control plan;
组织费用控制工程师进行各阶段费用指标分解，并监督、检查费用控制计划的实施；
7.Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the development trend of costs, propose and implement corrective actions and assist the Project Manager to evaluate its subsequent effect;
负责监测与分析费用的发展趋势，向项目部提出纠偏措施建议，协助项目经理落实纠偏措施的实施和效果评价；
8.Responsible for reviewing the impact of Employer changes and internal change orders (project changes orders) on project costs/schedules;
负责审查业主变更（用户变更）和内部变更（项目变更）对项目费用/进度的影响，提出建议；
9.Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成上级委派的其他工作。

Work Experience
工作经验
1.Local or international nationality, more than 10 years working experience in petroleum and chemical industry, familiar with EPC project management; working in the Middle East, have the experience of work in ARAMCO, SABIC project; have the experience of acting as planning and control manage.
国际化员工，10年以上从事石油、化工行业的工程项目控制管理经验，熟悉EPC项目管理模式；在中东地区工作且有ARAMCO、SABIC、ADNOC等公司的工作经验。
2.Handling the project case of successful cost and budget control with good project performance; Rich experience in cost claim.
具有成功的对成本和预算控制，并获得较好的项目效益的案例；具有较丰富的费用索赔经验。

1.Familiar with relate planning &control software
熟悉使用相关软件
2.Proficiency in spoken and written English, and be up on Arabic is preferred;
熟练的英语听说读写能力；懂阿语的优先；
3.Strong communication, organization, coordination and execution skills;
具有很强的沟通、组织、协调及执行能力；
4.Familiar with FIDIC clause and other international contract rules, expertise in international claim.
熟悉FIDIC条款等国际合同管理规则，熟悉国际工程索赔的流程。
5.Can work for other projects in other Middle East countries.
