Job Description

?Client service

?Take lead in key accounts service management, including client relationship maintenance, brokerage advisory, project on-going service and vendor management

?New business development support

?Take lead in new business development, existing client penetration, cross-sell referral

?Operational/broking support 

?Manage the brokerage operation quality and compliance requirements

?Support the key brokering initiatives

?Take mentoring and coaching responsibility to junior staff

Critical Success Factors (CSF)

?Expected experience

?Min3+/5+ years’ experience in group insurance industry or other professional service industry

?Education& qualifications

?Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement, overseas education experience will be a plus

?Personal competencies

?Client service oriented with high sense of responsibility and accountability

?Strong communication skill and open minded

?Quick learning & problem-solving capability

?Willing to take jobs with challenge

?Fluent in both oral and written English
