PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Process the purchase orders according to purchase request accurate and timely, and ensure the process is in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines.
• Track order status with vendors and ensure the order performance on time
• Keep tightly communication with related department, and provide the sufficient information to keep the article of orders received smoothly
• Contact with vendor to solve the claim of shortage delivery, part broken, wrong part delivery etc. special issues Updated the related report data timely
• Handling incoming enquires as appropriate in a timely and responsive manner

• Prepare for the report of purchase order handling

• Have cost consciousness to control logistics cost and inventory level.
• Maintain a good working relationship with relevant business and functional groups through excellent communication skills
• Work continuously on improvements, identify root causes of defects in process and recommend corrective actions

• College above
• Related product experience, Experience in similar role, SAP operation experience, Logistics/Purchase knowledge
• 3+ years similar position working experiences (better in Machinery,Industry business)

• Integrity, Highly motivated and performance Oriented
• Willingness to work
• Proactive, Flexibility, self-starter
• Good communication skills and team player
