岗位职责:Job Responsibilities
1.接待到院客户,协调引导客户体检,就诊,参观;
Receiving and guiding clients for body check up, medical consultation as well as visit.
2.协助客服经理,护理总监完善跨部门沟通合作;
Assisting CS manager & Nursing Director with improving cross departments corporation.
3.认真接待/接听客户提出的反馈,若遇到投诉客户上报主管级领导并对客人进行初步的安抚;
Responsible for any feedbacks from customers via phone and receiving. Dealing with
complaints if any before reporting to supervisor on duty or manager.
4.接待每日到访的客人、就诊患者、家属;
Receiving visitors, patients and family members.
5.管理病人就诊服务(其中包括诊疗预约,更换,取消,导诊, 解答简单的咨询等);
Patients’ consultation services management covering appointments, replacements,cancellations, guidance, basic consultations, etc.
6.为每一位来院接受服务的新患者注册建档,准备病例;
Assisting new clients with registration & filing.
7.负责网络平台线上预约订单,并及时联系客户进行预约;
Responsible for online appointments and making connections.
8.负责查看企业工作微信群中预约信息,并及时为客户预约;
Checking & following up with information in WeChat.
9.负责合作方转诊客户的预约工作,并协助将转诊所需资料存入HIS;
Helping transferred patients with electronic records.
10.辅助接听呼叫中心电话及查看公共邮箱,处理信息反馈;
Assisting call center, info email checking as well as information handling.
11.认真做好每日交接班工作,完成岗位配置的所有培训和考核并达标;
Handing over well in each day end and meeting requirements in assessment.
12.遵守部门对于各岗位制定的责任制度,完成上级主管,经理安排的其他工作。
Complying with the policies, and other tasks arrangement by the line manager.
任职要求:Requirements
1. 大学专科或以上学历;
College degree or above.
2.至少1年以上在合资或外资企业的工作经历;有医疗工作背景的优先;
At least one year working experience in multinational companies; medical background preferred.
3.基本的中英文听说读写能力,有其他语言能力者优先;
Fluent English speaking, other language skills preferred.
4.具备良好的沟通能力和独立工作的能力;
Good communication and independent working skills.
5.具有抗压力、适应能力和优秀的团队合作能力;
Work under pressure, cooperation with the team.
6.熟练使用各种办公软件和设备,熟悉医院HIS系统者优先。
Proficiency in office software and equipment, familiarity with hospital HIS system.
