Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a cash collector resource to proactively maintain relationship with customer. Follow-up with the customer in order to ensure that outstanding invoices are paid before or on due date. For due invoices seek reason for delayed payment and initiate action plan. Send monthly ageing report with comments on collection status to stakeholder.

You will

·       Handle VAT invoice delivery and archiving

·       Resolve invoice issue

·       Follow-up on customer invoice payments

·       Manage customer invoice dispute

·       Manage customer credit

·       Handle customer master data request

·       Collect customer payments

·       Provide clearing instruction to AR accountant for clearing

·       Maintain AR subledger quality

·       Review and reduce AR due

·       Provide collection report and AR report including analysis and forecast

·       Provide on demand support to stakeholders

·       Maintain relationship with stakeholders

·       Govern AR and AR PIs

 

To be successful in the role you must have 

·       Education: Master degree in finance, accounting or similar field

·       Min years of experience: two years working experience in Cash Collection, Accounts receivable, Project finance, Order management etc. 

·       Ability to communicate in the customer’s preferred language, as well as an openness to and respect for other cultures

·       Fluent English in speaking and writing. Japanese is a plus for consideration
