For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the consistent point of contact for DIN and BHAS product group customers and business partners of ELSB, and using your customer support skills and knowledges, you will provide internal and external customer support and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

- Sales analysis and demand forecast through modeling the data.
- Commercial support to order handling team such as Pricing quoting and sales related master maintenance, AR collection, overdue payment, special discount follow up and auditing.
- Customer support such as handling customer issues of technical, logistics, certification related, delivery improving, etc. via coordinating with Marketing & Sales, Product management, Operations, and other internal and/or external functions.
- Tracks delivery performance and provides analysis and prediction to management.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- University degree is required, Graduate degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline is preferred.
- More than 2 years experience in R, Python, Java, or other languages appropriate for large scale analysis of real data.
- Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses.
- Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in at least one statistical software package, preferably Python or R.
- Extremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
- A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data.
- Sound knowledge of ERP system especially SAP.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Strong skills of office software, especially with Excel, Power point, Power BI, etc.
- A collaborative and team spirit, solutions-oriented approach and strong cross function coordination skills.
- Responsive and proactive behavior; demonstrated responsibility for and ownership of customer issues.
