1. Key accountability for keeping up to date with On-Trend information and style guides.
2. Undertake garment style matching for model photography, based on the On-Trend styles for each season’s collection, ensuring high level styling.
3. Responsible for figure and still photography, in collaboration with the Photography Studio, as well as ensuring best practice photography guidelines are met.
4. Facilitate ordering meetings & online product development by providing expert advise on ‘on-trend’ and style guide information, ensuring the most popular and top selling items are order for full priced product sale.
5. Ensure brand’s 4 levels shooting matching with the brand image, lead trends and have strong visual impacts.
6. Work with Sales Team and Web Design team to ensure website photographic content and promotions are based on ‘on-trend’ information, with global, best practice styling.
7. Ensure our website content is always delivering quality and value to our customers.
8. Lead and develop the women’s wear junior fashion editors, by providing guidance on fashion trends, product information, garment matching, photography, mark up artistry, hair styling, accessories and operational work processes.
9. Key liaison with SELECTED’s Design, Merchandising and Marketing departments, keeping a professional and friendly relationship through learning from their expertise and regular communication and sharing of resources and ideas. Ensure the good and fluency working process between other departments and teams.
10. Work closely with the web design teams and digital marketing teams to ensure quality content is provided for use online.
11. Work closely with Photography Studio Coordinator to ensure high level quality of photography and photo editing.
12. Responsible for preparing copywriting for fashion editorials for Bestseller social media channels, based on recent trends, industry knowledge, both local and global.
13. Required to attend fashion shows and networking events to keep up with the latest fashion trends.
14. Keep up with the industry trend and competitors’ newest methods in contents channels and visual, and can be able to optimize on our brand in a fast paste.
15. Prepare concepts and visual inspirations for women’s wear LookBook and seasonal online catalogues.
