We are currently seeking a Customer Services Supervisor for our site located in Beijing.
The position should be filled as soon as possible.

ACTIVITIES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the responsibility of our Zone Sales and Services Manager, you will be in charge of the following missions:

- Main contact with customers for service activities in close coordination with sales managers in the area (Greater China).
- Promote services to customers from "back office" and occasionally by visiting clients,
- Manage spares parts activities in his area (tender / order processing / shipping) and support other Asian Cermex subsidiaries for machines manufactured by Cermex Beijing.
- Manage other service activities with the support of the installation team (training, maintenance …)
- Ensure the delivery of machines operation manuals to our customers with the support of our sales and services assistant.
- Ensure the coordination between Beijing site departments involved on retrofit projects
- Monitor the profit center "Customer Service".

EDUCATION AND LANGUAGES
Technical education (specializing in mechanics is a plus)
Experience:
- Experience in sales of industrial products (experience in packaging equipment would be appreciated)
Skills:
- Excellent command of English
- Autonomous with excellent ability to face changes and new situations, rigorous and organized.
- Team spirit ability in handlings several projects together and coordinate local organisation with CERMEX production plants located in France.
- Strong willingness to achieve challenges
