• You will have to coordinate and manage design with Design team.

       与设计团队协作完成机电部分的设计

• You will have to review and carryout build ability check at site based on MEP GFC /coordinated layout

       根据机电布局对现场进行勘察并提出可行性建议

• You will have to coordinate and manage design with PM team for design implementation at site.

       与项目经理团队合作完成机电部分的设计。

• You will have to check and evaluate material data sheets and material specifications

       检查和评估机电数据

• You will have to check and evaluate MEP drawings

       检查和评估机电图纸

• You will have to gather project feedback and share these to design team for clarification and modifications during the development and construction of future projects.

       收集项目反馈并与设计团队分享，以便在未来项目的开发和建设过程中改进

What We Expect

• You are a project management professional with minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry. 

• You have relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.

• You have a diploma or degree in MEP / or a related discipline.

• You have the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs

• You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.

• You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
