职位描述

岗位职责:
1、客户关系:迎接到店顾客;了解顾客需求;向顾客提供详细的货品介绍以及优质的服务;在顾客购买时给予意見; 并接待投诉。
2、负责接货,并核对货品,确保卖场整齐有序;参与店铺货品盘点;负责货品安全,避免货品失窃及其他损失情况的发生。
3、认真仔细地核对每天销售及库存商品的账目。
4、努力完成销售指标。
5、培养并维护客户关系,搜集客户资料,持续改进客户满意度,不断提高客户对品牌的满意度。
6、参加公司组织的各种展览及相关市场活动。
7、参加管理人员组织的例会及公司内部培训,提供对增加销售有用的信息。
8、严格遵守店铺运营,品牌管理,以及店舖安全等方面的流程及公司的各项规章制度。

岗位要求:
1、 高中或以上学历,有一年以上品牌零售工作经验,有奢侈品行业或马术行业工作经验者优先。
2、 具有良好的气质及亲和力,语言表达能力强。
3、 工作认真细心,销售能力佳,反应灵敏。
4、 能使用OFFICE办公软件,有一定的日常英语口语交流能力。



Duties and responsibilities:
1.Customer relations: greet arriving customers; understand customer needs, explain product characteristics and

relevant information to customer with qualified service, advice customers when purchasing, handle complaints.
2.Receiving and check merchandise, check and guarantee sales area and storage room always in an orderly and neat way; merchandise inventory; assure merchandise safety to avoid any loss or damage related;
3.Check carefully daily sales and inventory reconciliation.
4.Meeting sales target.
5.Create and maintain a constant relationship with the customer, customer information collection, constantly checking level of customer satisfaction, maintain and improve brand image.
6.Participate in with trade show and other marketing activities.
7.Attend periodic meetings with the management or trainings in order to exchange useful information for the

achievement of increased sales efficiency.
8.Comply with all operating, brand management and security procedures, policies and regulations of the store.
Requirements:
1.High school or above, with one year brand sales experiences, luxury retail industry or equestrian industry working

experience is a plus.
2.Good manners, affinity and communication skills.
3.Hard working, detail oriented, quick – witted and good sales skills.
Know to use office software, with basic oral English communication skills.
