职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead Admin. Assistants to provide effective Admin. services, such as reception, telephones, mail delivery, name cards, travel arrangements, shuttle bus, door access etc.
2. Supervise the housekeeping situations in the office, make continuous corrections or improvements by managing housekeepers, so as to meet the 6S standards of the company's working environments.
3. Receive company car usage applications from line departments, arrange company cars accordingly, supervise the drivers' service quality, maintain car usage records, process related payment requirements, summarize related car usage expenses.
4. Assure of office supplies and interact with vendors regarding selection, pricing, delivery, services.
5. Receive furniture and appliance maintenance applications, contact with the related vendors or responsible departments to fix it efficiently, ensure them in good conditions.
6. Under the line manager's directives, participate administration oriented project work, including planning, organizing, coordinating, following and evaluating project results, giving professional supports to line departments, so as to achieve the set project objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College degree in Business Administration or related fields;
2. At least 3 year related working experience in Administration field. 1 years and above working experience in MNC is preferred;
3. High working efficiency, can handle several tasks at the same time;
4. Good planning and organization ability;
5. Good command of English, both oral and writing, able to communicate with foreigners;
6. Good Computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
