Key responsibilities:

? Delivery effective sales support including pre-show sales and marketing activities

? Delivery customer service to Reed Exhibitions (RX) exhibitors.

? Collecting Monthly sales report from the agents and work with the Agent management team to analyse and record the figures in our CRM system.

? Support on sales and marketing campaign. Including Sales material preparation; data collection and system input

? Visit competitive shows and support the agent management team to approach new leads for RX shows.

Ideal candidate profile:

? Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese. Knowledge of Japanese or Korean will be a plus.

? Empathy and understanding of other cultures, capability to resolve conflicts connected with multicultural differences

? Customer service and value delivery orientated

? Proactivity and flexibility

? International mindset and availability to travelling
