职位描述
tJob Responsibilities:
Prepare 3 years planning, yearly budget and forecasting such P/L, B/S and cash flow and provide valuable planning/ budget analysis and presentation.
Provide timely and effective internal management reports and analysis for GM, Finance and other departments.
Support the business in relations to all finance for the business. Diving into the business is a must. Ongoing business analysis looking at new products/markets and working with the sales team is also essential.
Work closely with HQ and local team to implement financial and business projects
Improve the controlling tools in terms of budget control system
Assistant the Director to hit all the targets and work well with accounting department and other business departments to meet all the requirements of HQ. Implement the internal control policies regarding budget, strong control of expenses.
Requirements：
Working experience：
5 years + of experience preferably in a reputed organization with experience of FP&A, auditing or internal control. 4 firms experience and exposure to Pharmaceutical company will be preferred
Professional knowledge：
Strong analytical skills, comfortable operating in a “hands on” environment” and ability to work effectively in a sales driven culture
Strong business acumen, organized, able to manage stress
Other skills：
Strong Communication ability
Fluent in Mandarin and English Language, both written and oral
