Business Performance Management will be responsible for consolidation, planning and analysis to support project business. This role will provide analysis to the markets based on the funnel and key performance indicators, along with Idea to improve the way we look at and utilize the funnel and other project tools.

The role will cover LWT Greater China for all brands. In addition to preparing regular reports, we expect the role will proactively highlight potential risk or opportunity through those data analysis and checking with local markets.

Main Responsibilities:

? Oversee and manage the continued development of project business modeling tools and dashboard reports; 

? Support leader to consolidate and analysis sales data as it covers all brands in China and full channel. 

? Drives process improvements as identified; 

? support special reviews. 

? Business/Work Complexity: 

? High Complexity. 

? Ensures effective understanding, analysis, and reporting performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance;

? Weekly/Monthly and Ad-Hoc Reporting/analysis to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management with in-depth analysis; 

? Documenting the required data and information.

 ? Decision Making: 

? Quick action and good implementation;

? Strong ability for analysis;

? Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, programming skills desirable; 

? Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 

? Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

? Good ability for planning, logical thinking, priority setting;

? Education requirement: 

? Bachelor degree or above 

? 10+ years’ experience of business analysis.
