工作职责：   

1. 作为项目主创，可独立负责设计项目的初步构思、整体把握、指导与审核；

2. 具有较强团队协作能力，负责城市设计项目，协调整合多专业的协调工作，全面帮助和指导年轻设计师的工作；

3. 具有独立与甲方沟通交流经验，参与项目管理并具有较强方案汇报能力；

4. 注重设计方案创新研究，提升团队城市设计技术和标准并提出规划实施和接口咨询意见。

职位要求：

1. 国内外知名院校城市规划、城市设计、建筑学及其相关专业本科及以上学历，有5-8年以上相关工作经验；

2. 具有较强综合性能力和独立方案设计能力，特别注重方案可视化、制图表达能力；

3. 具有独立把控和较强汇报能力，思维缜密、逻辑清晰，良好的计划执行能力，较强的主动性、责任心和团队协作精神；

4. 良好的手绘创作技能、熟练操作CAD, Powerpoint, Sketch Up, Adobe、V-ray、Rhino等绘图软件；

5. 提供的设计作品集要注明项目完成阶段和本人在项目中的作用，设计过程分析非常重要；

6. 较强的中、英文口头和书面沟通技能，外学习、工作或外企工作经验者更佳。

Arup has more than 40 years of experience in Greater China. The Hong Kong office was established in 1976 as the firm’s East Asia headquarters, and since then we have opened offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chongqing.
