[Main Responsibility]

• Fulfillment of obligations of Service Level Agreement (SLA / OLA)
• In depth analysis of collected data (actuals and forecast), strong understanding of expense and project details.
• Strong support for project with frequent follow up. Routine support for daily operation as PR/PO follow up and monthly closing.
• Preparation of the presentation documentation of the business reviews and dashboard.
• Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts for all the indicators of the entity (SG&A, travel and headcount etc.).
• Internal control check in line with group policy. Optimize operation process if needed.
• Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures.

• Fluent in English and good communication skills.
• Good team spirit
• Quick learner
• Database usage (Access, Excel), Power BI
• Major in Finance/Accounting/Statistics
• Good education background, at least Bachelor’s degree
