职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Independently take care of Accounts Payable work, insure supplier invoices are timely booked and paid.
2. Respond to all types of inquiries from suppliers
3. Be responsible for the follow up and offset of prepayment.
4. Support the monthly and yearly financial closure activities related with ERP finance modules.
5. Support the expense & tax report preparation.
6. Check the statements of bank and Alipay, ensure all receiving and payment transactions are timely and accurately booked.
7. Be responsible for the voucher filing.
8. Check and validate VAT invoices
Key criteria:
1. At least 1 years of working experience
2. Associate bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent, e-commerce / retail background is a plus.
3. Quick Learner, high integrity, be proactive, working under high pressure & workload, results driven and team working.
4. Good English of reading and writing. A good command of MS Office, especially in Excel
