Job Responsibility:

1. Vendor management-vendor selection, new vendor on board and performance management to meet procurement strategy

2. Contract negotiation, review, signing and management to ensure all contracts be well managed

3. Initial payment according to payment milestone

4. Deal with any urgency case

5. Other works assigned by line manager

Key criteria:

1. Bachelor degree or above in biology, chemistry and pharmacy related background

2. Procurement/outsourcing experience

3. Excellent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook

4. Be good at communication and cross-function collaboration

5. 3 years’ procurement/outsourcing experience in pharmaceutical industry

6. 1-3 years’ clinical outsourcing related experience is acceptable

7. Strategy/Master contract review and negotiation experience
