Responsibilities:

1. Respond to IT daily problems, incidents & changes promptly and ensure that the solution and component escalations are minimized.

2. Platform installation and daily administration along with network security, firewalls, remote access which appropriate to the requirements of this position.

3. Proactively monitors systems and platforms to ensure perimeter protection and remote connectivity.

4. Perform all administrative processes and procedures to ensure that all solutions and components meet defined SLAs for availability and performance.

5. Provide technical support and maintain consistent configuration, implementation, and operation of solutions and components

6. Perform routine change activities and participate in relevant major projects.

7. Actively focus on own self-development and create actionable plans to improve.


Requirements:

1. 3-5 years' experience working in IT major, global organization preferably in a regulated industry in multiple technical or business domains

2. Strong hands-on technical skills, operational background, and working experience with infrastructure technologies and business applications

3. Strong understanding of Computer Systems Validation and working experience in Validated environment

4. Experienced in providing solutions aligned with standards, security, validation, capacity, high availability and identifying associated risks

5. Demonstrated willingness to cross train and to learn additional technical expertise

6. Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative and commitment to operational excellence skills

7. Adaptable to change in a large organization.

8. Technical and Operational knowledge in Computer Operating Systems
