Key Responsibilities

• Promote the Lanvin MTM project image's according to the guidelines defined by the company in the local market;
• 根据公司在当地市场的指导方针，促进提高Lanvin的高级定制形象；
• Organize MTM events and set up of customer base for Lanvin MTM;
• 组织MTM活动，并建立Lanvin MTM客户群；
• Guarantee a deep knowledge of measurements and deep knowledge of fabrics and be able to measure and offer the finest Made to Measure service；
• 确保对各类面料的深入了解，能够为客户测量提供***的定制服务；
• Constantly fill out and update the Client List (sharing information of particular relevance with the Managers in boutique in order to increment the sale performance, managing date for consolidating the relationships with own Clients and verifying the satisfaction level);
• 持续维护和更新客户联系簿（与店铺经理分享相关信息以增加销售业绩，管理、巩固与自己客户的关系并及时跟进客户的回访及满意度);
• Identified MTM training needs, designed and delivered MTM training to Retail Team in both technical skill and communication for customer and train boutique staff able to measure and offer the finest Made to Measure service;
• 整理收集高级定制的培训需求，给零售团队进行高级定制培训，同时为客户提供技术和沟通服务，培训店铺员工使其能够测量和提供给顾客***的量身定做服务；
• Analyze and share the strategies of MTM sales performance development；
• 分析并分享MTM销售业绩发展的策略;

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in a similar role or as a sales advisor at a similar;
• 2-4 年相关类似相关职位经验；
• Service minded and customer oriented;
• 优良的服务意识和以客户为中心的服务态度;
• Eye for detail and precise；
• 对每个细节精益求精;
• Knowledge of fabrics, constructions and measurements skill are a plus;
• 熟悉面料、衣物结构、尺寸测量和款式风格;
• Problem solving attitude;
• 具备尽全力解决问题的工作态度;
• Strong personal and communication skills;
• 较强的服务沟通技能；
• Can accept business travel;
• 能接受出差;
• Languages: Mandarin obligatory, English is a plus;
• 英语良好者优先考虑;
