Office and Payroll Manager-Beijing
Our client, a European architectural firm is seeking for an experienced professional to lead up the Beijing operations
Responsibilities
l Based Beijing and report to the Regional HR Director
l Fully responsible for operational functions including Human Resources, Administration and Payroll
l Formulate the corporate administration policy to support the business units
l Responsible for company expansion and renovation, create an satisfactory physical and mental work environment for the staff
l Act as an business partner to provide professional advice in HR and corporate services
l Work closely with the regional offices for implementation of new projects to improve the workflow and enhance the effectiveness of the program development
l Liaise with suppliers and contractors for any contractual reviews, quality assurance and facilities management
l Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly headcount planning, forecasting and budgeting
Requirements
l University graduate or equivalent qualifications
l Min. of 8 years of relevant experience of which 3 years in solid hands-on payroll and HR generalist experiences
l Familiar with multi-cultural working environment
l Experience in managing a medium size office
l Strong connections with local government and experience in dealing with taxation issues, business licenses and labor ordinance, etc
l Candidate must have MNC background, overseas educated preferred
l Must have excellent English (both written & spoken)
l A flexible team player, be proactive, able to deal with all levels
