Controlling logistic cost at a reasonable and competitive level
- 定期回顾客户服务政策和流程以加强服务质量和效率
Regularly review the customer service policy and procedure to improve service quality and efficiency

2.仓储/库存管理
Warehousing and Inventory Management
- 紧密关注仓储管理及使用标准化的服务来达到最大化的存储面积，使之确保有效的日常操作
Closely monitoring warehousing operations against service measurement criteria to maximize storage capacity and ensure efficient daily operation
- 及时关注在信息系统中建立的销售订单
Monitoring timely processing of sales orders according to the established policies and procedures in the information system
- 根据订单及SAP系统定期盘点库存(差异率，丢失率等)
Regularly physical count the inventory on the basis of purchase order and SAP (discrepancy rate, missing rate etc.)

3.收发货管理
Shipping and receiving management
- 制定标准的收发货管理流程
Set up standard procedure of shipping and receiving
- 定期培训并加强仓库人员收发货流程管理
Regularly training and improve the procedure of shipping and receiving for warehouse supervisor and keeper
- 报告有关海关与货物接收的所有问题事宜
Report any customs issues and goods receiving issue

4.物流供应商及第三方物流合作供应商管理
Forwarder and third party logistics partner management
- 处理在进口过程中有关海关与进口代理商的相关事宜，根据船运计划与法国地区相关人员联系
Dealing with customs and import agent during import process and liaison with France to arrange shipping schedule
- 建立、完善、更新供应商数据库
Set up, improve and update database of logistic suppliers

5.采购及供应商管理
Procurement and Supplier Management

- 在SAP系统内建立采购订单,与酒商沟通并确认订单与货运信息。要求酒商提供相关证件进行报关
Create PO in SAP, communicate with winery, confirming the order and shipping, asking certificates for clearance.
- 与货代确认报价。在成本控制及提供优质服务的基础上选择货运代理供应商
Ask and confirm the quotation with forwarder. Choose the forwarder based on cost saving and good service quality.
- 追踪货运信息并解决发生的问题
Tracing the shipping status, solve the problem happened
- 问酒商拿取相关信息制作标签,并安排标签印刷
Ask all necessary information from winery for label making and arrange printing and labeling

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above;

2.At least 5 years management experience on Logistics & W/H, experience in electronic Industry is preferred;

3.At least 3 years team leader experience;

4.Good English written and spoken skills;

5.Good data analysis capability ,Strong Skill in ERP system and Microsoft Word , Excel & PPT;

6.Strong sense of accountability and urgency, good interpersonal/communication skill, and excellent customer-oriented sense;

7.Self-initiative and be able to work under great pressure as well as in a flexible way.

Specialized in family owned wineries from the most renowned wine regions in the world, EMW is now exclusively distributing more than 600 labels from 15 different countries to luxury hotels, gastronomic restaurants, high-end retail chains, online shops, wholesalers, distributors and private customers in more than 150 cities in China.
自2003年成立以来，EMW已成为大中华地区葡萄酒市场的领先企业。专注于与全球知名葡萄酒产区内品质超群、家族拥有的酒庄合作。现已独家代理来自15个国家的600多款美酒，并将美酒销往大中华区150多个城市的各星级酒店集团，高端餐厅，葡萄酒精品零售店，线上网店，经销商和私人客户。

1)    EMW was founded in 2003 with its head office based in Shanghai. The company name “East Meets West Fine Wines” reflects its goal to share and exchange its passion, knowledge and wine culture with wine lovers all over China.
由西往东美酒公司成立于2003年，总部设在上海。“由西往东”这个名字承载了创立者的梦想：把对葡萄酒的热爱带到中国并与中国的葡萄酒爱好者们一起分享葡萄酒的文化。

2)    In 2009, EMW became one of the earliest Approved Program Providers for WSET training by providing high quality education and qualifications from Level 1 all through to Level 3.
2009年，由西往东成为获得英国葡萄酒及烈酒教育基金会 (WSET)最早授权的课程提供机构之一，提供一级至三级高品质的培训与认证。

3)    In 2012, EMW opened its Hong Kong Office, thus successfully expanding the EMW market to Greater China.
香港分公司成立于2012年，将EMW的业务的拓展至香港和澳门，覆盖整个大中华区。

4)    In 2017, after 14 years since its foundation, EMW has grown to a leading wine distribution company with over 200 professional employees, providing its services to more than 3500 customers all over Greater China through its 7 offices and 15 representative offices.
2017年，经过14年的沉淀后，EMW已成长为一个拥有职工超过200人的葡萄酒公司，通过其大中华区的7个办公室和15个代表处服务超过3500位客户。

5)    In 2018, we are celebrating the 15 years of our company, EMW, and the shared passion for wines in Greater China.
2018年，EMW迎来了在大中华区葡萄酒行业的第十五个周年，并同大家一起分享我们对葡萄酒的热爱。

2011-2017
EMW has been awarded “The Best Wine Importer” for 7 consecutive years since2011 by China Sommeliers Wine Challenge/Wine 100 Challenge.
2011年至2017年，由西往东连续7年被中国侍酒师葡萄酒挑战赛或WINE100葡萄酒大赛评选为“***进口商”。
