Job Descrption
Planning
-Elaborate yearly sales growth plan in agreement with superior
-Define sales targets for all reports
- Define and develop effective sales channels and opportunities
-Analyze monthly results and initiate corrective actions
-Execute quarterly planning review to forward to sales organization
-Self-Managing and monitoring of sales expenses
Sales / Leadership
-Responsible for retaining, growing and gaining business on customer level
-Responsible for the professional processing of customer leads within 5 working days, such as establishing quotations for customers, contract preparation, etc.
-Responsible for the processing of the renewal of customer contracts 6 months in advance before expiration
- Responsible for the coordination and processing of all customer complaints
-Responsible for the organization and realization/execution of workshops ? Aligns the bidding process, ensures quality of tenders and alignment with strategy
-Provide commercial and technical support to sales organization
-Join or organize (prepare, execute, follow-up) regular sales meetings
-Create and maintain relationships to accounts by regular visits
-Ensure implementation of program roll-outs
-Develop marketing and sales tools and organize marketing seminars
- Develop and keep relationship with related national or international authority, association, organization etc.
Reporting
- Elaborate monthly reports to forward to superior (incl. market / competitors / customers / key events)
- Elaborate reports on field trips
- Reporting of incidental key issues
- ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
- ** Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirement:
- Education: College degree or equivalent level with commercial or technical major
-Working Experience: 2+ years’ sales or business development experience
-Excellent communication skills and business awareness
-Proven leadership skills
- Basic PC skills
