Responsibility,

Monthly Closing/Report

-Monthly closing tasks for (LV+MV) MBC/ CAPEX (eg, Accruals)

-Monthly closing reporting (commercial and GSC reporting)

-Prepare monthly closing reporting package and ensure correct and on-time delivery (Inventory, Sales, Purchasing ,etc)

-Support with other functional team for the business requirements (eg. Scrap cost, NQC, Spare Parts etc.)

-Continue with the efforts on Balance Sheet review and control

-Qtrly /yearly reporting like Core reference, IDB, FRM, TP/CSC campaign

-Interactions with external and internal audit

Base cost control

-PR/POR approval in I-work

-MBC actual cost report and analysis vs forecast

-MBC forecast data prepare

-Challenge and drive cost savings initiatives at plant

Project Control

-Support direct bidding on Finance related

-Project Cost analysis and control

-Work with PM/Tendering on Project P&L and follow up actions

CAPEX Management

-Business case validation including BCFE, ROI and other key financial data, including E-flows of PR/PO/contract approvals

-FA counting management

-Investment forecast prepare and review

-FA transfer/ disposal management

Qualification

Education: Bachelor degree of Accounting/ Financial / Management / Business

Ideally with 3 + years financial experience in costing area

Business Understanding:SAP experience is compulsory/VBA

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):Fluent in oral and written English

Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic, able to work under pressure

Good inter-personal and communication skills

Aggressive and always willing to improve continuously

Excellent analytical skills
