任职要求

1、协助部门经理完善招聘体系；

2、根据企业战略目标、部门人才需求计划以及发展情况制定企业人才招聘计划；

3、负责招聘信息的起草和招聘广告的发布工作；

4、进行应聘人员的简历甄别、筛选、聘前测试、初试等相关工作；

5、建立和维护人才面试库、储备库，做好面试及招聘数据分析；

6、做好候选人的背景调查工作，确保用人的信誉度和真实性；

7、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求

1、2年以上招聘经验，有同行业相关工作背景优先；

2、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力、沟通领悟能力，判断决策能力强；

3、工作细致认真，有责任心，有亲和力，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

4、有团队合作意识和敬业精神；

5、熟练使用常用办公软件及网络应用；

6、英语听说读写良好。
