Responsible for implementing and maintaining full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, talent management and employee relations

任职资格：

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with advance degree preferred

• Minimum 10 years HR experience as specialist or generalist in a manufacturing environment preferably in the pharmaceutical or life science industry

• Hands-on experience in diverse range of HR functions including the role of HR Business Partner, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent development and industrial relations
