岗位职责：

1、结合公司营销体系经营及管理模式，规范数据管理工作，并不断完善数据管理流程；

2、整理营销体系数据管理系统（如CRM系统、销售订单系统等）的需求建议，配合系统规划及开发团队完成系统的功能设计，跟进系统的建设或更新；

3、根据业务逻辑变化，设计相应分析模型以支持业务分析工作开展；

4、定期提供营销体系报表和分析报告（周报、月报），结合相关报表进行数据趋势分析、改善建议，以提供决策支持；

5、按市场、区域销售、行业销售等不同业务领域的数据需求提供报表和分析报告。

岗位要求：

1、统计相关专业，本科以上学历；

2、有较好的数据统计分析能力、解决问题的能力；

3、有较好的沟通表达、组织协调能力；

4、能熟练应用统计分析软件；

5、具有二年以上数据统计分析经验；

6、责任心强，沟通能力强，工作细致耐心，诚信正直。
