POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Provide technical support during the whole repair work process to meet the ISO standard, applicable industry standard and DR standard.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist Repair Center Manager to complete the repair quotation and support client facing team to conclude the P.O.
2. Provide and issue repair documents (work book, shop router, etc.)
3. Maintain drawings and standards to ensure that current revisions are available.
4. Follow up & monitoring the Technical Clarification Request up to closing.
5. Maintain a document control system to ensure that current revisions are available.
6. Prepare the inspection and/or repair reports, compile inspection record from QA-QC dept. Make sure all necessary photographs have been taken and documented.
7. Follow repair process to meet DR standard/ ISO/ applicable standard and or Customer requirement.
8. Implement of integrated system of quality system, safety and environment as per ISO requirement.
9. Provide weekly report to Repair Center Manager.
