Key Areas of Duties/Responsibilities 主要职责

• 审核项目公司的收入凭证 Review revenue journal and related for project company
• 核准金库数据确保准确入账 Reconcile cash room data and make sure accuracy booking
• 完成每月的发票的开局工作 Issue VAT invoices each month
• 协助完成月末AR关账 Complted month end closing with AR team
• 完成每月科目稽核报告 Completed balance sheet COA reconciliation month report
• 往来公司的账务核算及账单的制作 Intercompany recharge booking and debit note process
• 公寓销售数据的稽核及完成月报表 Residential sales reconcile and monthly report completed
• 处理其他相关工作 Other relevant jobs assign by line manager
  

Qualification Requirements

• 大学本科以上学历，会计、金融等相关专业 Bachelor degree with accounting and financial related
• 至少一年以上相关工作经验 1 Year working experience in accounting team at least
• 熟练使用Excel及其他办公软件（如Word,PowerPoint,Outlook），有Oracle系统使用经验为佳 Solid knowledge of EXCEL and other PC applications(Word,PowerPoint,Outlook),finance software knowledge in Oracle is preperred
• 较强的沟通能力，具备团队合作精神 Strongly communication skills and teamwork spirit
• 积极主动，独立解决问题的能力 Aggressive,independent and be able to work under a dynamic environment.
