1．基本要求
1）理工类专业本科以上学历，或电子、机械或光学仪器相关专业本科以上学历；

2）两年以上颗粒物在线监测类仪器的技术服务、安装维修及现场服务经验；

3）熟悉制药行业工艺流程、了解国内外制药设备工作原理者优先；

4）拥有诊断及解决仪器电子、机械及光学复杂问题及技术故障的能力。

2.工作内容

1）负责TSI中国区污染物控制类仪器的售前/售后技术支持工作；

2）与销售部门配合，针对个案向客户介绍产品优势及特性；

3）为客户提供产品使用过程中出现的问题的解决方案；

4）搜集和了解竞争对手及产品资料，了解各自产品的优劣势；

5）为总部技术部门提供用户反馈及产品改进建议；

6）完成公司交办的其他任务。

3.素质及能力要求

1）良好的办公英语及技术英语沟通能力；

2）技术分析、诊断及讲解能力；现场技术服务能力；

3）较强的客户沟通能力、有效的、独立解决问题的能力；

4）团队合作意识及良好的人际关系处理能力；

5）合理安排众多工作项目，并能以结果为导向处理各种复杂的工作环境。
