职责描述：
1、协助人事主管开展招聘工作；
2、了解掌握各部门的用人需求；
3、实施招聘工作，发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告；
4、管理、开发招聘渠道； 保持与候选人的长期联系；开展校园招聘；
5、维护人才储备库；
6、领导交办的其他日常工作。
职位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，有一定的判断能力；
2、掌握人力资源管理专业知识，对人才测评的理论和实务有一定的了解；
3、有良好的沟通、协调能力和分析及解决问题能力；优秀的语言表达能力；
4、有责任心、敬业务实、正直坦荡、具敬业精神和团队合作精神、能承受较大工作压力；
5、猎头、IT行业、软件外包行业或互联网行业工作经验者优先。
