It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, valve and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application. Our organization is concentrated to R&D, manufacturing, logistics and commercial functions. Job Description

1, Responsible for management of the test department, set goal of performance review and make performance evaluation for team members.？？ ？
2. Assure efficiency for test planning and performing. Keep the target of on time delivery.
3, Support development of new test bench or technology to improve testing capacity and competences.
4, Be main partner to lead the topics of development.？ ？
5, Support digital transformation and improve team overall efficiency.？？ ？
6, Responsible for testing budget and cost.


Qualifications

1, Bachelor or Master degree in mechanics or hydraulics, and electrical knowledge is preferred.
2, Above 3 years of management experience (within Bosch Group is preferred.)
3. Strong leadership, good at communication. Good ability of organizational management, able to connect and motivate team to fulfill target.
4. Team work spirit. Be Initiative. Striving for excellence.
5, Focus on technical development and problem solving. Strong mindset of continuous improvement.
6, Fluent in English or German.
