Responsibilities:

1.Preferably 5+ years of experience working as a scientist in an academic, research, laboratory setting or biotech/pharma company；

2. Good publication record in leading peer reviewed journals；

3.Experience with affinity chromatography, IEX, RP, SEC, or other methods, both for purification and for analytical development, is required；

4.Demonstrated knowledge of protein conjugation technologies, production, purification, characterization, HPLC method development, analytical method development and downstream process methodology is expected；

5.Experience with affinity chromatography, IEX, RP, SEC, or other methods, both for purification and for analytical development, is required；

6.Prior experience in directing, developing and optimizing conditions for chemical conjugation, purification and analysis of polymer-protein or polymer-peptide conjugates, is highly desirable.
