Main responsibilities & key tasks
Primary responsibility is managing daily service delivery operation, to ensure services are delivered according to services quality standard defined in contract and achieve maximum customer satisfaction. He/she will contribute business growth by managing delivery high morale team including technical support, project management, account services and co-work with backend delivery team (e.g. SMC/Logistic/plant...). He/she will develop and execute delivery strategy to achieve managed service business goals in his/her responsibility.
1. Ensure services are delivered according to contract defined service level, project management plan and achieve maximum customer satisfaction
2. Accountable for the service delivery QA, as well as the profit and loss of each delivered task/project.
3. Manager services partners to ensure service quality
4. Ensure skillful resources available and comply standard/effective process to support service business.
5. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Qualification required
? 10yrs+ experience in technical support, preferred banking domain.
? Preferably experience in multinational company
? Pro-active attitude and communication
? Fluent in English (oral and writing)
? Good communication skill.
