Job Responsibility

- Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily boutique operations andmanagement;

- Monitor and Lead team to achieve boutique performance and profitability with relevant KPIs;

- Manage, motivate and provide supervision to boutique team for excellent product presentation and customer service at all times;

- Ensure mooth execution of allcompany operationg procedures and maintain the brand image at boutique level;

- Handle customer service quality and meet customer expectations with excellent customer service standards;

- Motivate boutique staff to maximize team spirit and maintain harmonious staff relations;

- Handle boutique daily operations and administrations, including but not limited to duty roster, invoices, petty cash, product returns, stock and delivery;

- Supervise boutiquepersonnel and enforce company policies while adheringto proper procedures regarding disciplinary action;

- Prepare monthly relevant reports to Retail Head；

Requirements

- Degree holder in Management or related discipline Solid experience in retail operations;

- Be aggressive to achieve the sales target Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented;

- Strong communications and excellent customer service skills;

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
