1. Review contract, monitor contract & document administration to ensure corporate policy is followed.

2. Negotiate contract terms with other teams to make sure contracts/documents issued timely and accurately.

3. Maintain system data to reflect status and all points of the contracts timely and accurately.

4. Review contracts/documents status and generates reports to other teams.

5. Assist in analyzing operation procedures or new projects to support business development, good control on implementation, and improve the operation quality and effectiveness.

6. Monitor junior EO’s contracts, provide training to team, communicate with trading or relative functions to solve problems.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor degree

Experience:

3+ years related experience in contract/shipping/documentation/settlement.

1+ years related experience in risk control and efficiency improvement.

Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience:

？ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

？ Proficiency with MS Word and Excel

？ Accurate data entry skills and strong documentation skills

？ Ability to work independently or in team situation

？ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

？ Ability to solve execution problem and give guidance to junior staff.

？ Have a strong sense of risk control

Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience:
