工作职责：

前台工作：

• 接听电话,收发传真,接待来访人员
• 制作,印刷,维护工作文件,图书及影音资料
• 各类信件的分发,处理,协助采购办公用品
• 协调办公用品,办公场地的使用
• 收发快递并登记以及各类相关的结帐工作
• 登记预算表，发现问题及超预算情况及时向财务经理反馈

公司文化氛围的营造与公司活动组织工作：

• 公司布告栏员工天地内容的制作与更新
• 公司活动的策划与组织
• 文化氛围的营造

公司办公环境营造：

• 监督公共区域的清洁及整理
• 监督保洁人员对公司办公环境的清洁及整理
• 与物业保持良好沟通

人力资源辅助工作：

• 招聘面试的辅助工作,包括接待,笔试等工作
• 协助资料的统计整理等工作

营销辅助工作：

• 客户数据录入
• 协助营销传播材料准备
• 主管交办的其他事宜

职位要求：

学历要求：大专及以上

专业技能要求：

• 普通话标准
• 简单英语会话能力
• 基本中文书面写作能力，语句通顺，没有错误

个性要求：

• 认真、仔细
• 有服务心态
