工作职责:

Job Description

Financial control and compliance monitoring activities:

1. Have strong understanding of corporate Finance and Compliance policies and procedures, and applies these knowledge to operational works.

2. Maintain familiarity with working procedures and instructions, and provide advise/counsel to specialists of the team.

3. Implement required working procedures and checking points to validate FCPA transactions to ensure the completeness of supporting documents.

4. Responsible for validating the authenticity and legitimacy of a FCPA transaction utilizing the established working procedures.

5. Perform on-site or remote meeting visit arranged by team lead, and completion of visit records.

6. Report to and escalate potential non-complaint matters to team lead

7. Analyze operational data to identify risk areas and provide constructive suggestions to the team.

8. Assess high risks exposures from monthly compliance dashboard and other daily works, and independently conduct monitoring/investigation on high risk activities

9. Response to the inquiries from business about local policies and procedures

10. Conduct other compliance proactive review, in related, but not limited to remediation action plan.

11. Involve in set-up and design financial control and compliance operation activities and provide suggestions on working procedures standardization and optimization.

12. Serve as backup team lead when necessary

13. Any other ad hoc financial control and compliance monitor activities assigned by team lead

Training and communication

14. Prepare and implement the training and communication plan for finance and compliance policy and procedures, including but not limited to draft the training materials, providing the training, tracking and maintain the training records

15. Proactively collaboration within Finance or cross functional teams (Compliance/Investigation, Business, GCO etc.) to support compliance initiatives.

16. Assist with internal and external audits as required

1. At least 2-years relevant experience

2. Finance related major

3. Bachelor degree or above
