职位描述：

  

• 协助客户业务总监从媒体购买及投资角度做好客户关系维护工作，与客户能保持直接沟通，维持良好关系，确保客户意图能被准确理解并高效执行
• pport Business Leaders to handle customer relation from trading and investment perspective with existing clients, communicate with clients directly, keep good relationship with clients and make sure efficient execution on clients’ brief in right way
• 负责客户媒介购买业务的策略及执行工作，统筹协调购买专组与其它相关业务部门的工作对接，如策划专组，谈判组，财务部等
• sponsible for media buying strategy and operation for clients, coordinate with buying team and related business team like Strategy, Negotiation and Finance team
• 为客户提供专业的媒介购买策略分析和建议，准确把握客户意图，参与客户所有购买策略相关的制订工作，并且能独立提案并将方案付诸实施及跟踪报告
• ggest and analyze professional media buying strategy, understand client’s needs and make related media buying strategy solution to client, can present the strategy proposal independently in addition to execute the solution and monitors tracking report status
• 协助公司完成相关收入指标及媒体产品销售任务，管理媒体投资团队日常作业并带领员工成长

                

Accountable for delivery of related KPI of business growth income and sale target of company’s media product, lead on buying team’s daily work and empowering team members through supportive coaching and guidance, to take more responsibility for their career development.

  

  

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，广告、传媒、新闻等相关专业，较熟练的英语表达能力
• jor in Advertising\Media\Journalism related, Bachelor above and proficient in English both written & orally
• 8年以上4A广告公司或国内大型广告公司购买经验，3年以上管理工作经验

        

More than 8 years media buying experience in international 4A Advertising agency or Local sizeable Advertising enterprise；more than 3 years management experience

• 具有较深的媒介理论及丰富的实际操作经验；熟悉媒体，尤其是电视/网络媒体的操作及媒体环境
• ch knowledge in media methodology with hands-on experience; familiar with all media channel especially TV/online media and related media environment
• 思维缜密、逻辑性强、富有创新性，具备良好的文字功底
• rk in a clear and sensible way, strong logical thinking, excellent writing skills
• 具有独立提案能力，较强的沟通能力和创新能力
• rk to present proposal independently, strong communication skill and innovation ability
• 有良好的职业道德、组织观念及团队精神
