Are you an experienced Travel Consultant looking for an exciting new career?
FCm Travel Solutions is one of the world's leading corporate travel management companies. We are looking for self-motivated people with excellent problem solving skills to join our After-hours team. You will be contributing to the maintenance and retention of clients by delivering world class service and cost effective solutions to our clients, when they require after-hours assistance.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor or college degree, can work on roster shifts.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- At least 1 year experience in both domestic & international ticketing.
- Practical experience in Travel sky and Galileo, or similar.
- Experience in Travel Management Company is preferred.
- Good knowledge of travel industry products including domestic & international airfares, hotels booking, car rental & packages.
- Proven experience in customer service and a dedication to detail.
- Ability to handle problems independently.
