Be responsible for the LP operation team management and development, setting up the SOP for team members and procedures related loss prevention.

? 与其他相关部门保持密切沟通，明确控制点、异常状况和缺陷。

Keep close communication with other related department, in order to identify control points, exceptions, weakness.

? 带领团队在度假区内高效且有效地进行检查和监控，预防和减轻损失。

Lead the team to conduct efficiently and effectively inspection and monitoring throughout the resort, in order to prevent losses and mitigate shrinkage.

? 负责进行便衣检查，监控相关指南和程序是否得到有效实施，并识别风险点，预防和减轻损失。

Responsible for inspection in plainclothes, monitoring related guidelines and procedures are well implemented, identify risk point to prevent and mitigate losses.

? 向调查团队报告已发现的可疑情况，以便展开进一步调查，并协助推进调查流程。

Report the detected suspicious to the investigation team for further investigation and assist in the investigation process

? 制定直接干预措施，防止未经授权或非法转售北京环球度假区门票或入园产品。安排防损工作人员与宾客沟通和交谈，通过宾客收集情报。

Direct operations designed to prevent the unauthorized or illegal resale of UBR admission or ticket collateral. Manages Loss Prevention Officers to interface with, interview and compile intelligence from guests.

? 与安保部门和当地执法部门协调配合，开展防伪活动，防止未经授权或非法转售通行证或门票。

Coordinate with security, local law enforcements on anti-counterfeiting activities to prevent unauthorized or illegal resale of permits or tickets.

? 编写报告、情况汇总和演示文稿，提交给高级管理层。

Publish reports, summaries and presentations to senior management.

? 遵循北京环球度假区的现有政策、流程、培训和团队活动，理解并积极履行环境、健康和安全相关责任。

Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

任职要求：

? 行业经验：5-8 年防损领域从业经验，专门从事防伪、检查和违规行为监控。

Industry experience: 5-8 years in loss prevention area, specialized in anti-counterfeiting, inspection and monitoring of violations.

? 沟通能力：具有出众的沟通能力，能够与其他团队合作，并向企业内外部各方传播愿景和文化影响。

Communication: he/she shall possess a strong communication skill that he/she is able to work with wider team in the company, and to bring visions and cultural influences on internal and external parties.

? 工作理念： 结果导向，积极进取，能够在规定时间内确定事实、获得数据，能够与来自不同文化背景的同事一起工作，抗压能力强。
