Provide overall Financial planning work for China TV Business.
Responsibilities Financial planning and reporting processes
· Lead Quarterly Forecast, Quarterly Close & Year End Close presentations and submission for TV business. Revenue and OI management for respective area
· Support strategic planning and annual operating plan for the financials of respective area
· Liaise with Function Lead/ Manager to gather and validate all aspects of revenue and cost information in order to develop both Revenue and Operating Income picture of respective business ,expenditure (e.g. marketing, research, technical, T&E, IT, Facilities and etc) to improve cost management and drive value-for-money for responsible regions
· Present revenue, cost projections & analysis
· Provide and communicate timely, relevant, and precise information to key stakeholders.
· Act as primary liaison with Burbank Finance and Accounting team, as well as China WDI Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information
Perform deal evaluation to support management decision on sales negotiation
· Work with sales team to form business strategy and manage operation execution from finance perspective
· Work with other function heads to gather and validate all aspects of revenue and cost information in order to develop P&L of respective areas
· Model deal valuation based on different scenarios, and provide negotiating recommendations and a "viewpoint"as to the financial risk and reward of deals
· Monthly tracking and analysis, including T&E / AR / AP / etc.
· Liaise with Burbank / Shanghai accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information
Basic Qualifications · At least 3 years in FP&A, with experiences to independently manage P&L
· CPA or ACCA required.
· Professional verbal and written English
· Engages colleagues across the organization to optimize performance
· Communicates effectively with ability to influence decision making
· Translates strategy into specific priorities, objectives and action plans
· Develops appropriate metrics to assess business performance
· Manages projects, processes and resources to produce desired outcomes
· Stays current on business issues, industry trends, and technological advances

Preferred Qualifications · Experiences in media industry / production companies strongly preferred
· Experiences in international multinational companies preferred
Required Education · Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting major of renowned university required
