Job responsiblity:
? To perform internal audits on Disney English centers throughout the PRC region
? To liaise with center and national management for improvement in routine operations
? To perform internal audits on Disney English centers throughout the PRC region
? To communicate results of internal audit to stakeholders, including center level, regional and national management level
? To liaise with center manager, and assist in the implementation of recommendations
? To follow-up on audits, and make sure that adequate remediation action is taken and that it is effective
? To perform financial analysis to support national senior management in strategic planning and budgeting
? To assist the Manager in developing an audit approach in conjunction with the local markets to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of the existing system of internal accounting and operating controls
? To assist the Manager in developing an audit approach in conjunction with the local markets to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals and whether the operations or programs are being carried out as planned
? Other ad hoc projects as required
WORKING RELATIONSHIP

? Staff at all levels, including heads of center, regional and national management team
? Management audit in US
? Regional and national accounting department
External
? External auditors whenever appropriate

Basic Qualifications ? Experiences in internal audit, internal control review.
? 3+ years' audit experience.
? Fluency in English and Putonghua
? Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications ? CIA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
? Experience at "Big 4" (accounting firm) is an advantage
? Financial projection/extrapolation, forensic investigation and Sarbanes-Oxley preferred.
? Knowledge of Access preferred
Required Education ? University graduate in Accounting and Finance
