Job Purpose
? Key team player in the store inventory control processes and sales audit, vendor payment, cash reconciliation process.
Key user in accounting for FOH system and SAP.
Responsibilities Vendor Payment & Closing
? Proper booking for store operation cost
? Invoice verification and vendor payment review
? Monthly and quarterly closing for TDS, including proper accrual, amortization and statutory report.
? Balance sheet review and other controllership report
? Fixed assets management
Sales Audit & Cash Reconciliation
? Perform Daily / Weekly Sales to Cash (all tenders) reconciliations by Store and produce the reports
? Liaise with Store Operations and Store Management in resolution of reconciling items (Sales v Cash)
? Liaise with Loss Prevention (LP) timely for any cash / sales audit issues
Inter-Company
? Intercompany recharge booking
? Reconcile Inter-company accounts and follow-up
Inventory system and SAP
? Support the implementation and enhancement of Inventor system and SAP in China
? Support the system roll-out during the expansion period
? Assist the manager for other projects
Inventory Control
? Monitor and continually refine key Inventory Control processes to control critical inventory related operational activities.
? Preparing timely and meaningful inventory reporting to identify critical issues and drive continuing process improvements
Ensure TDS Store inventory integrity and supply chain efficiency by monitoring, analyzing, and conducting key store inventory movement and control activities:
a.Store inbound (from DC) and receiving control processes (from DC and drop-ship vendor direct)
b.Store outbound (store to store merchandise transfers and return to vendor activities)
c.Weekly / monthly store cycle counts
d.New store opening, pack and hold, and store closing support
e.Store return to vendors
? Liaise closely with Store management and Store Operations / Allocations to ensure Store inventory integrity
Basic Qualifications ? At least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting/ Auditing, preferably in shared service environment of MNC company
? Manage or supervise some junior staff
? Fluent in English, both speaking as well as in written
? High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Strong communication, interpersonal skill and a team player
? Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
? Assertive, self-motivated and can work independently
Preferred Qualifications ? CPA preferred
? Experience and knowledge of SAP is an advantage
? Retailing or franchising industry is preferred.
Required Education ? Holder of Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
