岗位职责：

• Provide compliance advice/briefing to branch management and business functions
• Supervise and coordinate implementation of new/updated regulatory requirements and Group imperatives on compliance;
• Report compliance exceptions and assist branch management/business functions in resolving the exceptions smoothly and promptly.
• Assist management and branch functions to communicate and/or engage with local regulators, government agencies, banking and trade associations
• Handle regulatory / administrative approvals and registrations of the branch
• Provide proper trainings and guidance to the staff and drive a high performance and teamwork culture.
• Conduct compliance monitoring at branch level to identify and remediate compliance weaknesses
• Manage all compliance reports are completed with high quality and submit on time.
• To ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank by observing the established internal control systems and monitoring the effectiveness of such systems.

任职要求：

• Minimum 8 years of compliance management experiences in banking industry
• Good knowledge of the general banking products and services and the regulatory requirements in the banking industry
• Familiar with the banking operation system; the reporting systems with the regulators
• Good ability in review, investigation, logical and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management and policy in the language of business
• Ability to develop practical, cost effective solutions to complex issues
• Experience of dealing with regulatory matters and confident interaction with Regulators
